About David and Carol
We are delighted to welcome David & Carol Townsend, our first “Husband &
Wife” team, who take charge of the Penzance, St Ives & The Lizard
Office.
Their own move to Cornwall from the Midlands some years ago was
particularly difficult and frustrating. David and Carol spent hours on
the net while having full time jobs, and were often disappointed with
their viewings on precious and costly weekend visits to the area.
Looking back, they definitely wished they had hired a Search Agent….with
good local knowledge and advice!
David & Carol both have over 30 year’s professional experience, some of
that time spent in the property industry. Friendly, down to earth and
highly motivated, they are now very happily settled near Penzance and
really appreciate the quality of life that Cornwall offers. David is
particularly interested in coastal activities and is a volunteer for the
National Coastwatch Institute.
David & Carol are looking forward to the challenge of helping you find
that elusive perfect property and achieve a trouble free move. They will
certainly be offering the local knowledge and advice they would have so
