The Cheese Gig
- Think of West Country
cheese and Cheddar will probably spring to mind. But amid the region's
lush dairy pastures a myriad of small specialist cheesemakers ply their
trade, producing a mouth watering variety of delicious cheeses, each with
its own distinctive flavour and texture. The variety of cheeses will
surprise and delight enthusiasts everywhere. I would like to introduce you
to these wonderful cheeses by inviting you to join the
Cheese Gig Tasting Club. Why not join and
