Before a search can continue, we find out as much as we can
about your your individual property requirements.
Over a period of 16 weeks, we will obtain details from all
available sources and carry out a thorough search in your
chosen area.
You will receive selected property details from us and we
will take a preliminary look at the properties that look
interesting and fulfil your requirements. A brief inspection
report will be forwarded to you which will seek to highlight
the pros and cons of the property.
A convenient viewing schedule will be arranged for you and
whenever possible, we will accompany you, if you wish.

During the search, we will find out any local information you
require, which can include researching schools etc.
This Search will commence upon receipt of a completed Registration
Form, Client Questionnaire and Registration Fee.
The quality of the service we offer is important
and to that end, we always try to be helpful, courteous and
cheerful!!
Registration Fee:
£400.00 (non-refundable) * plus:
Final Fee:
½% of the final purchase price, payable on exchange of contracts
There is a
minimum fee of £2000. No VAT is payable.
Subject to
mutual agreement, should the search extend beyond the
initial 16 week period, a charge of £80.00 (eighty pounds)
will be made for each additional four week period.

the relevant office. If you wish to Register with more than
one office, a further Registration Fee will be charged.
